Unlike some of the other Rowing podcasts, this one is less about old war stories, and more about practical advice that an athlete or a coach can use in the day today. I hope that Christie is still competing and is not simply reliving her past through these interviews. Her personality is sweet and she makes her guest feel very comfortable.
