The Motivation I Need!

As someone who is super into sports, athletics, and competition, I’ve got to say this is such a fun and different approach to the typical stuff I watch and listen to. I can’t think of another podcast or show that discusses what Olympic athletes do in the years between the games. I’m eager to hear how this sports journey unfolds for Kristi.
